The Parlor Ice Cream Co. is a declaration a decade in the making; a commitment to craft, care and creativity reflected through ice cream. The Parlor was founded in January of 2016 by Jacqueline Dole, a trained pastry chef. We make quality ice cream from scratch at our micro-creamery using milk & cream from Maine along with local fruits, herbs and sustainably sourced ingredients. We began as the first pop up ice cream company in New England offering exclusive collaborations with bakeries, breweries, distilleries and more. The demand quickly grew for ice cream between events grew so greatly that we began to distribute pints to local shops and restaurants. In addition to producing a seasonally rotating menu of pints, we still pop up weekly at locations throughout New England. The Parlor is also available to cater private events such as weddings, office parties, birthdays, festivals and more.
